Quality Management
Our quality policy within the scope of design, production, technical service and sales of electric motors, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, in which we carry on business as BVN, are as follows:
To identify changing demands in a timely manner based on the needs and expectations of the relevant party (Internal/External Context) and customer satisfaction, and to respond quickly to requests, to realize and deliver projects on time, to offer quality products, services and competitive prices, to follow and effectively use high technology in order to maintain customer satisfaction,
To adopt the understanding that all personnel are responsible for quality and therefore to impress quality awareness on all personnel, to provide training that will improve their knowledge and skills, to encourage harmony and creativity,
To ensure the happiness and motivation of the staff,
To adopt the understanding of continuous improvement of the system through the evaluation of measurable, quality targets based on the performance indicators of the processes defined in the system,
To comply with national and international standards.
In this direction, we, as BVN, undertake to set our quality targets, to constantly review our targets and to generalize this policy among all our employees

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Within the scope of "PRODUCTION, MARKETING OF ELECTRIC MOTORS, HEATING, COOLING AND VENTILATION EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT AFTER SALE” , in which we carry on business as BVN;
It accepts as a duty to increase the Occupational Health and Safety awareness of the people, institutions and organizations with which we interact directly or indirectly in the business lines we are active in, and to fulfill their Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities towards their employees, official institutions, local and regional neighbors, creates and maintains systems based on Occupational Health and Safety.
We undertake that; We will provide safe and healthy working conditions for our employees to prevent work-related injuries and impairment of health, We will work in accordance with the legal terms and other conditions that we are subject to, We will do the necessary work to eliminate the hazards and reduce the OHS risks, We will take measures to ensure consultation and participation of our employees, We will increase OHS awareness with OHS trainings, In this direction, as BVN, we will set our OHS Goals, we will constantly review our goals, and we will generalize this policy among all our employees/subcontractors, we will comply with the applicable customer requirements, legal requirements / regulations regarding our OHS dimensions, which are other requirements, and we will work effectively for continuous improvement and the prevention of accidents.
